Christmas and super presents from Brothers.. Tunnel !!

I was up to the Midlands at New Year at which point I saw what my brother had made me for Christmas.  All handmade and presumably from researching stuff on the web to ensure it had adequate clearances.  It is  a really nice touch as I know he has had a rather tough year one way and another.  

Here's a picture of it in place around the tree when we turned the lights off and had the Christmas tree lights on and the train lights - you can see it mask the blue lights at centre left.   It didn't like a radius 1 circle of curves that much and wagons would catch on part of it, but Ann (non-railwayer) as she was trying to put wagons back on after a little "accident" commentated how hard it was to put things back onto the circle.  Soon as I had a couple of straights in and placed it over them, then it was fine.  

From comments made there may be more treats to come as there are rumours of an unfinished signal box...
